Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore, Inc. is a 501c3, not-for-profit group dedicated to helping homeless families to find their way home…
We have an all volunteer board, a small paid staff, and many volunteers who work together to help homeless families to help themselves. We voluntarily affiliate with North Street Community Church, our parent organization, along with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries which provides needed resources and oversight. We also cooperate and affiliate with many others: for profit and nonprofit businesses; civic, fraternal and religious groups; national, state and local governmental organizations, etc. to provide the following programs:
